Option 1:
Order online & ship to store

Collect your package, contactless, at your favorite store. Simple. Fast. In just a few clicks!

How does it work? Simply follow these steps:

1. SHOP : Finalize your shopping cart and select the "Ship to store" option at your favourite store.

2. CONFIRMATION : You will receive a confirmation email stating that your order is being prepared (allow 1 to 2 business days following receipt of the email for order preparation).

3. IT'S READY : A DeSerres expert will contact you when your order is ready to pick-up.

4. COLLECT : Go to the store front door and dial the store telephone number. An expert will answer you and can give you your package!

Our in-store security measures

The health and safety of all of our clients and experts is our utmost priority.

  • Keep a 2-metre physical distance from others
  • Disinfect your hands before entering the store
  • We will limit the number of people inside the store
  • Wearing a mask in our stores is mandatory
  • All our spaces will be cleaned and disinfected several times a day
  • All shopping carts will be disinfected after each use
We ask you to be understanding and patient with our experts during your visit. They will do their best to help you, given the circumstances.

At our distribution center, we process your orders safely

In accordance with the latest government guidelines, we have implemented the following measures in our distribution centre:

  • We quarantine all new products received.

  • We have set up additional packaging stations in order to respect social distancing measures and to meet demand.

  • All work equipment is cleaned and disinfected several times a day.

  • We have tripled the number of hand sanitizer stations across our distribution centre and ask all experts to regularly wash their hands.
