DeSerres.ca accepts returns of products purchased via Sezzle® without penalty for a period of up to 30 days following the delivery of your package for an exchange or refund. We do not accept returns for the following items: books, magazines, markers, pens, spray paint, projectors, custom printing and framing, Pantone products, clearance items or gift cards. Please note that returns are not accepted if products have been removed from their original packaging or once they have been used.
For online returns, contact customer service by email at service@deserres.ca or by phone at 1-800-363-0318. Our customer service experts will explain the procedure to follow to return your order to us. Once our distribution center receives the returned merchandise, Sezzle® will credit the original payment method for the returned items.
Products purchased on DeSerres.ca via Sezzle® are eligible for a refund or exchange in-store. Products must be returned in their original packaging with the transaction receipt sent to your email address on the day of the order. Please note that refunds are handled by our customer service team and it may take 2-3 business days to process your request. The refund will be issued by Sezzle® onto the original payment method. No cash refunds will be issued.
